We are also able to assist you in locating a professional and experienced financial advisor should you need advice and assistance in obtaining a mortgage. We have strong links with a number of local financial advisors enabling us to ensure that all matters raised are dealt with without any delay.
However, there is no requirement for property sellers to use both sets of services or to use one of our recommended financial advisors - the choice is yours.
